• Main Job

o To prepare and deliver English classes (Intelligent Business English – Upper Intermediate, Intermediate & Pre Intermediate levels, publishes by Pearson Education)

o To grade mid-term and final term exams

o To monitor Support Engineers’ (SEs) all English phone records and give 1:1 or small size group coaching

o To deliver workshops: pronunciation, effective email writing, etc.

o To compose study report for each SE

o To interview candidates for SE position

o To proofread emails, documents, etc.

o To work with Senior Trainer for some projects

• Requirements

o Native English speaker, preferred from the US, Canada, the UK, Australia

o TESL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or equivalent

o 3+ years for English training, preferred 2+ years for corporate English training

o Course development experience is preferred

o Some business experience/knowledge is preferred

o 2+ year experience in China is preferred
