- Requirements
- Principal
- Native English Speakers；
- BA degree or above；
- Over 3 years’ teaching experience, and over 5 years working experience as a principal in the primary school;
- Deeply understand PYP teaching philosophy of IBO and preferred working experience in PYP schools;
- Devotion to Education Career;
- Excellent organization skill and management skill;
- Teaching license holder;
- Homeroom teachers
- Native English Speakers；
- BA degree or above, majored in Education or related fields;
- Official Teaching License Holders;
- Over two years’ working experience as a primary school homeroom teacher to teach all subjects;
- PYP school working experience preferred;
- Devotion into education；
- Accept different cultures and can work in bilingual culture environment;

- Job Description:
- Principal: Fully responsible for education quality, teachers as well as students inPrimary School InternationalSection, organize and monitor daily education work according to IBPYP teaching concept and teaching standard with main focus on building outstanding teachers’ team (both Chinese and foreign teachers are included), promoting the implementation of special education purpose and principle of “New type, High-grade and International” and “bilingual and bicultural”:
- Responsible for set up work plan for the department, assess and promote the implementation of work plan for each grade, teaching as well as the head teachers according to required objective for each semester;
- Guiding Primary School International Sectionteachers to actively engage in academic research according toPYP standard so as to greatly improve teaching methods.
- Responsible for in –service training of all teachers.
- Proposing research subject to significantly improve overall teaching quality. Organizing regular seminar to implement specific requirements.
- Responsible for improving Primary School International Section teachers’ internationalized standard, gradually realize the objective of teaching all curriculum in English, improving student’s understanding for “ bilateral-culture ”, by doing so we can help students to lay a solid foundation for the ongoing study in IBMYP project.
- Supervise and accelerate ideological and moral education convention along with teaching convention, meanwhile check-up, put in place, record, compare and assess as well as submit report to a higher authority. Check on and assess work attendance and work performance of all teachers.
- Enhancing students’ moral education, legal education, and Psychological Health Education. Organizing team activity, give full play to the leading role of student leaders in “Self-education and self-management”. Actively organize and carry out extra-curricular activities, to make extra-curricular study plan and schedule arrangement.
- Positively communicate with students’ parents, try to make parents to get involved into mores school activities, so as to encourage parents to work closely together with school in educating students.
- Responsible for Safety education and security defense work, to put in place security defense and safety accident reporting system and accountability system.
- Management of daily routines.
- Homeroom Teacher: Homeroom teacher is fully responsible for the class teaching and routine management. The responsibilities are as following：
- Responsible for English, Math, Science and Social Studies teaching by using PYP inquiry based learning model to lead students into inquiry activities;
- Responsible for class assessment and report to the principal;
- Prepare lessons with same grade teachers, cooperate with Chinese Teachers and do research on teaching;
- Communicate with parents and have good relationship with parents; Organize parents conference and keep parents updated with kids’ growth;
- Organize extra activities for students and organize students to attend school clubs;
- Other related work with homeroom teachers which is arranged by the school;
