10 English Teachers Needed in Joy English School

Location: Hefei city, Anhui province 
Position: Full-time English teacher 
 
Joy is a Taiwanese franchise English language school. Joy School Hefei, Anhui Province opened in 2002 and has been operating successfully for over 16 years now. Joy School, Hefei has expanded rapidly that we have nine branch schools with over 8000 students in the city. At the moment we have 33foreign teachers and over 250 Chinese teachers. 
Joy English School is currently looking for full-time English teachers. Here are the details: 
Job description: 
Number of positions available: 10 
Starting Date: ASAP 
Working hours: 16 teaching hours, 13 office hours, 2 training hours every week 
Free time: more than one full day and two half days per week 
Class size: maximum 18 students 
Age range: 7 to14 years old

Requirements: 
Native speakers, 24 years or older 
Bachelor’s degree 
Teaching experience

Compensation and Benefits: 
RMB 13000 
RMB 5000 completion bonus 
RMB250 per hour for overtime 
37 days paid holiday 
2 weeks extra paid leave on renewal of contract 
accident insurance and medical insurance

Airfare: economy class round-trip airfare for one year contract
