10 Native English-speaking ESL Teachers to Teach
We are seeking 10 Native English-speaking ESL teachers to teach at the City College of Shenzhen, a highly-regarded institution that is associated with the top 20 universities in China (which includes Peking University and Tsinghua University)
Located right above Hong Kong, the city of Shenzhen is one of the biggest economic hubs in Mainland China and dubbed China’s “Silicon Valley”. Shenzhen reflects Western meets Eastern culture with it's modern cityscape, foreign restaurants, ample attractions + night life. It is the perfect city to both grow your career and embark on life's next adventure.
Reporting time: August 25, 2015 or until filled
Hiring period: One year from start date, renewable thereafter
Teaching responsibilities*:
• ESL teaching includes: reading comprehension, oral English, English grammar
and English writing.
• 20 hours or less of weekly teaching per week, observing school office hours (check with school
for details)
• Conduct and assist teacher professional development as well as students’
extracurricular/community programs after regular teaching task
• Participate in school-wide events
Requirements:
• Native English speakers a must
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, at least 2 years of teaching experiences.
• TEFL & TESOL or equivalent certificates preferred.
• Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China
• Can provide a Non-Criminal Record Certificate from their local police station.
Benefits:
• 10,000 Chinese Yuan per month.
