. Introduction:
TCN School is unique in that we supply native English teachers to government schools throughout the city of Hai Phong. We currently serve 20 schools with over 2,500 students aged from 3-18
TCN itself has two buildings; each with their own set of classrooms where we teach English to private students aged 6-18 in the evening.
We also organize many out of school activities including English singing clubs, an English-speaking club, games, dances, aerobics, and everyone's favorite – summer camps.
Because of this, we are expecting a rapid, but controlled growth in the near future, which is why we are currently recruiting native English speakers for school year 2012-2013
2. Requirement:
• Age: 22 – 35.
• Native English speakers (English, American, Australian, Canadian, …)
• Qualification: - Bachelor degree
- TEFL, CELTA or relevant certificate
• Clean criminal record check
• Adaptable, open minded, energetic, enthusiastic and positive thinker
• Teaching experience preferred
Competitive One Year Contract Package
1. Salary
• 1000 – 1500 USD – open to negotiation.
• Salary shall be reviewed every 3 months (500 – 200 USD) depending on the employee's performance
• Overtime pay
2. Benefit
• Free accommodation: with favorable living conditions (free Internet, cable TV) exclusive of utilities (gas, electricity, water)
• Free training TEFL standard and Vietnam method standard so teachers can understand the education and culture of Vietnam.
• Free materials, course books and handouts.
• Free pick up on arrival: 80 USD
• Free or partial free staff trip to some scenic attractions (Ha Long Bay, Do Son Beach, Cat Ba Island, Sapa…). Once or twice a year.
• 10 – 14 paid leave for National holidays.
• 6 days paid sick leave.
• One month unpaid leave during summer vacation, employees can decide in the period of 23rd May to 14th August)
3. Completion of one year contract:
• Bonus 300 – 500 USD
• Airfare allowance reimbursement.
• Visa and work permit reimbursement.
• Contract resining bonus
4. Visa and work permit
Visa and work permit are covered by TCN.
Employees have responsibilities for bringing these following papers (all are original)
• Certificate (TEFL and B.A)
• Heath check (TCN will assist fee employees in getting it in Vietnam at cheap price)
• Criminal Record Check (CRC) or Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) (6 months validity)
* Note: If the employees certificate and CRC are issued in a second country, legalization and notarization stamps are covered by the employees and other cost that may be paid for securing such documents.
