12k After Tax Salary, 500-2000 Demo Bonus, 2 Weeks Paid Winter Holiday

Acquire English School in Changsha (Capital city of Hunan Province, China) is an ESL training center with a partnership between an experienced Canadian teacher and locals. With very nice and modern working environment, we are expecting teachers with rich in-class teaching experience and lesson planning ability.

We aim to provide premium quality instruction to small groups of students age ranking from 4 to 16 years old.

We are ONLY looking for a native English speaker who:
- has a fun personality who loves kids;
- can teach small classes (max 12 students, including dealing with kindergarten kids), experienced teacher preferred;
- holds TESOL/TEFL certificate, BA (work visa requests);
- has full-time commitment to our centre;

We offer:
- Z visa
- 1 year contract starting ASAP;
- 12K RMB per month salary after tax including1000performance bonus;
- Demo Commission rewarded as 100RMB per demo (at least 15demo assigned every month)
- 2 weeks paid Summer Holiday&2weeks paid Winter holidays;
- with-paid all public holidays;
- 40 hours working hours per week with less than 25 hours teaching (the rest of hours are for lesson planning and class preparation);
- teaching assistant support;
- promotion opportunity of management role;
- 5 work days, consecutive weekend days.
