14500rmb Adults Teaching Job in Guomao ,beijing

Our adults English training school in Duomao , the heart of Beijing needs enthusiastic and committed teachers to add to our already established and growing school. Our school is a leading English language training brand in China and it has 160 branch schools across China. We require you to have 2 years teaching experience or CELTA/TESOL from an accredited course plus a university degree and a positive and flexible attitude to work.

Job details:

Teachers will be expected to...

Work 40 hours per week of which 25 hours will be teaching. 5 days a week

Always deliver lessons to the highest standard.

Administer tests exams and assessments.

Prepare lessons in advance and ready all equipment before class.

Teachers will be encouraged to regularly evaluate their own performance and they will be helped to do this by the Director of Studies.

Teachers will also be expected to cooperate and communicate effectively with other teachers and members of staff.

Qualifications:

You have:

An accredited TEFL certificate (TESOL/CELTA) from a recognised 4-5 week intensive course that included extensive teaching practice, peer observation and evaluation from peers and trainer.

A university degree

A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a willingness to teach people of all ages.

Compensation:

We offer:

A one year renewable contract

A monthly salary of 10500RMB (8500RMB in the first two months probation period) plus 4000RMB housing allowance per month( more than sufficient to support a comfortable lifestyle and travel within China)

Airfare allowance 6000Rmb (6 months - 50% completion of contract - 50%).

Work visa sponsorship.

All Chinese public holidays and additional 5 days paid leave .

How to apply

We require candidates to be native speakers and have a degree, a TEFL Certificate (RSA CELTA, Trinity or equivalent), or suitable experience and background. A love of teaching, enthusiasm and a good sense of humor are essential.

Due to Chinese Immigration regulations, candidates must be between 24 and 50 years old with a passport from one of the following countries: USA, U.K, Australia, Canada, Ireland,or New Zealand.
