2 Language Arts/american History Teachers for Shanghai - 18k to 22k

Our Language Arts program consists mostly of writing and reading comprehension based on well-known literature. Many of our students are high level or native English speakers attending international schools. They range in age from 10 to 18. The American History Course is Pre-AP level. It would also be beneficial, but not essential, that candidates are familiar with European History.

CONTRACT DURATION:
• Minimum 1 year contract to start before the end of May

REQUIRED;
• These positions are open to native English speaking teachers ONLY with preference given to citizens of the U.K. U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Teachers who are NOT from one of the recognized English speaking countries are unlikely to be successful.
• Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or better.
• Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• A TESOL or TEFL certificate is desirable.
