4. Location:
Downtown area of Tianjin, China (32 minutes train to Beijing)
Salary & Benefits:

1. Monthly Salary:
CNY10,000 -16,000

2. Working hours:
Mostly from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with lunch break;
Less than 20 teaching hours +20 office hours per week;
Paid vacation (at least 8 weeks per year).

3. Accommodation:
Foreign teachers and staff are provided with furnished apartments, either on campus or within a short walking distance in the neighboring community.

4. Others:
Start from mid August, 2014 with pre-job training. Renewable 1 year contract.
Small sized classes with less than 30 students.
Work Visa costs paid.
Round-trip tickets or Airfare subsidy once per year.

Qualifications:
1. Native English speakers;
2. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university;
3. At least 2-year relevant and strong working background in A-Level ESL/Science teaching; TESOL/TEFL/PGCE or any related teaching certification would be a plus;
4. Aged between24 to 60.
5. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of English/Science.
6. Demonstrate personal skills and creative talents in teaching.
7. Responsible, outgoing, friendly, hardworking and easy to work with.

Responsibilities:
1. Providing high quality A-Level academic delivery to improve Chinese students’ ability.
2. Plan, organize and provide instruction using individual and small group techniques, and at the same time, as much as possible, meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students.
3. Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and, in harmony with the goals, make syllabus，weekly plans and session plans, and establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects to communicate these objectives to the students.
4. Assess student learning, through observations, authentic performance, and more formal methods, in an ongoing manner, providing frequent student feedback, information to parents and written progress reports.
5. Develop reasonable rules of classroom behavior in a fair and just manner.
6. Incorporate problem solving strategies and literacy strategies into daily instructional routine.
7. Attend relevant meetings and offer some tutoring when needed.
