ME academy is looking for 5 more qualified ESL teachers who want to work in Guangzhou .

SALARY UP TO 22000RMB and paid winter/summer holidays

URBAN OF GUANGZHOU LOCATION!!

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver interactive classes to children aged 3-12 using the provided curriculum and textbooks (class size: 6 to 12 students per class)

• Contribute ideas in course content and new product design

• Feedback students learning progress, challenges and solutions to parents, and conduct periodical parent meetings

• Participate in internal and external teaching skill related training sessions

• Participate in various sorts of centre activities we provide such as cultural activities, social responsibility event or seasonal parties as well as active input in the design and delivery of such events

Benefits

• Basic salary: 18,000 to 20,000 RMB/month before tax
• Housing allowance: 2000 RMB/month (fixed)
• End of contract bonus: 0.5 to 1 month basic salary
• Other bonuses (depending on actual performance):

• o Performance bonus: 2000 RMB/month before taxo Centre monthly total income bonus
• Demo class bonus

• Student retention bonus

• Flight allowance: 5000 RMB when contract is successfully completed

• Work visa: Sponsored if native speakers (notarization fee excluded)

• Insurance: National insurance for work visa holder
• Holidays: Paid Chinese Public Holidays +2 weeks off during winter break (1 week paid off) +2 to 3 weeks off during summer break(1 week paid off)

Requirements :

•   Nationality: Native English-speaking countries (visa

requirement)

•   Degree: Bachelor and above
•   Major: Prefer Education/English/Linguistics/Early Childhood

Education but not a must

•   Experience: 2 years or more in related field (not a must)
•   Contract Period: At least 1 year
•   Age: Between 23 to 35
•   Qualification: CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificate
