We are seeking asenior managerthat meets the following criteria:

1. Native English speaker

2. Bachelor degree or above

3. At least two years’ experience teaching adults

4. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA qualification is required

5. A minimum of one year management experience

6. Excellent communication and leadership skills

The main job responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and onboarding of international faculty

2. Processing and management of international faculty working documents including work permit, invitation letter, foreign expert certificate, and residence permit

3. Development of an international faculty management and compensation system

4. Supervision and assessment of international faculty job performance

5. Planning and organizing of international faculty training sessions and seminars; academics, corporate, cultural, etc.

6. Participation in school marketing and promotional events

7. Working hours: from 9:00am-12:30pm, 2:00pm –to 17:30 pm; Monday to Friday

Attractive remuneration package that includes:

1. 14.000 to 16.000 CNY depending on qualification

2. Monthly housing allowance of 2,000+ CNY

3. Yearly flight allowance of 10,000 CNY

4. Medical insurance offered

5. Sponsorship and compensation of working documents

6. 21 paid holidays per year
