Training Center for kids from Kindergarten through elementary

Location: Downtown in Jinan, capital city of Shandong Province

Salary & Benefits:

1. Monthly Salary: average CNY12,000-15,000 or even higher. Basic salary CNY10,000 for 60 classes per month, CNY150 for each class when overload, normally get paid CNY16,000 when you work 25 classes per week.

2. Working hours: Mostly from Tue through Sun(5 days per week); no more than 8 working hours per day.

3. Accommodation: Private, fully furnished apartments for singles or couples. Or housing subsidy provided.

4. Others:

Renewable one year contract start from late Aug or early Sep,2013.

Work Visa costs paid.

Round-trip tickets. Or travel allowance.

Medical Insurance.

Qualifications:

1. Native Speakers with minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in relevant major. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or other teaching certificate preferred.

2. At least 2-year relevant working background in ESL teaching.

3. Passion for teaching and proven ability to teach diverse students.

4. Clear understanding of standards based curriculum, assessment, and differentiated instruction.

5. Proven ability to work as a member of a team.
