Hello, my name is Ollie. I have been working with DD Dragon and Amy (our Chinese boss) for three years now. I have been responsible for hiring and training foreign staff as they become needed through out this time. I am originally from England and all future correspondence will be done through me.
Amy’s schools are in HeXian and JiangPu.
About DD Dragon:
In DD Dragon JiangPu and HeXian we teach English to children from 3 to 14. Our boss/investor is lovely and she does everything she can to make her staff happy and comfortable. We are a small and happy working team. Both schools are private language schools and have a maximum class size of 12 students. Each class is taught for one hour, two times a week. New teachers will be trained by myself (in HeXian) or by the Director of Studies in the JiangPu School.
HEXIAN ADD
We are in urgent need of two ESL native speaking English Teachers to begin working with us straight away. I want to start taking you through the working VISA application ASAP. I would also like a good amount of time to train and integrate the new staff into the school before myself and the second foreign teacher leave.
About the School:
HeXian is located about one and a half hours away from NanJing. The school has been open for one year and one month. At present, we have 120 students and two foreign teachers. We are steadily growing in size.
About HeXian:
HeXian is a small local town. Being only an hour and a half away from Nanjing means that it is a perfect location for someone who wants to live in a traditional culture, but still has the option to go to into Nanjing on the weekends. HeXian is a very friendly place. The culture and the people are wonderful. I truly love living here! It is very safe here and therefore these positions are suitable for male and/or female teachers.

JIANGPU ADD
We are in urgent need of four ESL native speaking English Teachers to begin working with us straight away. I want to start taking you through the working VISA application ASAP. I would also like a good amount of time to train and integrate the new staff into the school before the other foreign teacher leave.
About the School:
JiangPu is located about 45 minutes away from NanJing. The school has been open for about 3 years. It has 4 foreign teachers and 240 students.
About JiangPu:
JiangPu is a town located about 45 minutes away from central Nanjing. This makes it a perfect location for someone who wants the benefits of city life without having to live directly in the smoke. JiangPu is a very traditional and friendly place.

Wage and working hours:
All teachers are required to be here as soon as possible. Both schools are legitimate and you will need to apply for your working VISA before you come.
All six teaching contracts are the same. The teaching hours are a maximum of 18 hours per week.
The schools will pay a monthly salary of 6’500 RMB plus 1’000 RMB housing allowance for the first 3 months. This will then go up to 7’500 RMB + 1’000 RMB per month for the remainder of the contract. All contracts are for one year.
You will also receive 6’000 RMB for your return flight, half which will be paid to you at six months, and the other half that will be paid at the end of the year.
You will get an extra 4’000 RMB bonus at the end of your contract plus 1’000 RMB for full attendance.
This is really good money in China. The majority of people only earn 1’000 RMB per month. Therefore a lot can be saved as it is very cheap here!
Accommodation can be paid for with your allowance although should you wish, you could spend more for a newer building.
