Talent Way is a Government supported institution authorized by Anhui Provincial 
Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs to place English, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics teachers across China with salary from 13000 to 25000 RMB per month.We have work stations in UK, Canada, USA and China with professional teams that are dedicated to finding your ideal role.

Subject To Teach English, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Science, Biology, Art, ect. 
Area ALL over china, such as Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hefei, etc. 
80% are metropolis and medium cities. 
School International School, Kindergarten, Primary School, Middle School, High School, Adults, Training Center 
Teaching Hours 17-23 (Per Week) 
Office Hours 10-19 (Teaching and office Hours Per Week up to 40 (Sometimes there are no office hours required ) 
Working Days 5 ( Per Week) 
Students’ Age 3-18, adult 
Class Size Varies depending on what type of school you prefer (Can be from 5-40) 
Duration 40-45 minutes ( Each Class) 
Contract Length One year + 
Start Time ASAP or upon agreement 
Requirements(Are You The Qualified Candiate) 
English level Native English speaker for English teaching job position 
Certificate TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA 
OR teaching/education/linguistic background 
OR Two-year teaching experience 
Degree BA degree or above 
Terms of Employment(what can you get ) 
Salary 13000RMB-25000RMB per month 
Monthly Bonus Extra rewards for demo classes and retention rewards 
Flight Allowance Around 6000 RMB payable in the end of the contract 
Medical insurance Commercial medical insurance provided, could be reimbursed even up to 90 percent 
Apartment Provided for free or Allowance included within the package 
National Holidays All National Holidays (Which include a lengthy Winter and Summer Holiday) 
Paid Holidays Depends on school/contract (could be full pay or half pay) 
Visa Work Z visa provided

WE PROVIDE TWO PROGRAMS 
（1）China Teaching Exchange Program(CTE). As a government program, focus is on the promotion of moderately developing regions in China, specifically in Anhui Province. The developing regions are better destinations to live in due to the low cost of living. Talent Way is fully responsible for the applicants who are in the CTE program. 
（2）China Introduction Program(CIP). As a business cooperation program, focus is on recommending qualified foreign teachers to all educational and training institutions across China.
