Academic Manager Position: 17,000 to 18,000rmb per Month + Flights and Housing - Asap

An established private school in Nanjing, China is looking for an experienced Academic Manager to lead the school's proved and comprehensive curriculum in an all-English environment. 

Students learn to speak English confidently while getting a well-rounded education, and teachers develop and learn skills that are directly applicable to classrooms in North American school systems. Teachers work with excellent materials in a fun, bright and engaging environment.

SCHOOL LOCATION

Nanjing 

TEACHING REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Native Speaker from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States
• Two years of post graduate teaching experience
• One year of management experience
• 120-hour TEFL/CELTA/TESOL/
• You must be willing to work weekday nights and weekends
• 12-month contract

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

1. MONTHLY SALARY: 17,000 to 18,000 RMB per month
2. AIRFARE: Included plus airport collection
3. BONUSES: Christmas bonus, Vacation bonus, and Performance Bonus
4. HOUSING: Free plus free accommodation upon arrival
5. PAID VACATION: 5 Vacation Days + National Holidays + Paid sick leave
6. CONTRACT COMPLETION: 6,000RMB 
7. RELOCATION BONUS: 1,500RMB
