Positions: Academic Manager/Teachers for TOEFL/IELTS/SAT/EAP Training/spoken and Business English

Qualifications and Experience:

1.Academic qualification at graduate or equivalent level or relevant professional qualifications.

2. Relevant teaching experience. Normally a minimum of one year teaching experience.

3. An understanding of TOEFL/IELTS/SAT/EAP and the needs and requirements of international students

4. Experience with academic assessment and standards and with quality assurance procedures

5.Specific experience of education in English speaking countries.

6. An understanding and appreciation of private sector education.

Skills:

1.Demonstrable cross-cultural awareness and understanding.

2. A commitment to teamwork and a demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively, whether human or physical.

3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including native speaker fluency in English.

4. Competence in the effective use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT).

5. Proven planning and organizational skills and an ability to take initiative within curriculum and policy objectives.

6. A record of attention to detail, thoroughness and fairness.

7. The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work under pressure and, when necessary, with minimal resources.

8. An ability and willingness to travel both within China and internationally.

Responsibility:

1.Planning and organizing curriculum and policy objectives;

2.Teaching TOEFL/IELTS/SAT/EAP(about 25 hours per week).

3.Assist in designing English courses, test and related materials

Working Hours:40 hours per week (25 hours for teaching)

Salary: About 200，000RMB /12 months (Airfare reimburses or allowance，Holiday pay, Medical insurance, Travel allowance are included in the overall salary package worth 150,000 ~250,000RMB per year.)

Start date: ASAP

Contract Length: Renewable annually
