Academic Principal (expat) - Beijing, China

Job Description:
1. Curriculum: In charge of designing the school¡¯s A-level curriculum and communicating with the examinations bureau;
2. Teaching: In charge of the management and quality control of the teaching of A-level courses of the school;
3. Teachers: In charge of the recruitment, training and management of A-level teachers for the school;
4. Examinations: Booking, organizing and preparing for IGCSE and A-level exams;
5. Student Admission: Helping with the marketing of the school and organising the entrance tests for students;
6. Management: Participating in the decision-making process of the major issues concerning the operation and development of the school as part of the school¡¯s management team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than five years¡¯ experience in the position of academic principal for A-level courses and rich experience in managing A-level programmes in China preferred;
3. Able to communicate in Chinese a plus.
