Academic Supervisor

Job Duties
1. Assist with HR department hiring and interviewing foreign teachers.
2. Train and supervise on all foreign teachers nationwide.
3. Create and maintain PKU international teaching curriculum, update and introduce advanced teaching methods and child psychology philosophy to PKU system and all teachers.
4. Assist with Marketing Department with promotional projects.
5. As a bridging among head office operation center, school management and foreign teachers.
6. Translate or proof read the company brochure, English website content and so on, to guarantee we have all the correct information.

Job Requirements
1. Native English speaker preferred. Chinese natives eligible.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education.
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English - reading, writing, speaking and listening.
4. Educational management experience.
5. Teaching experience.
6. Excellent organizational skills, team leadership skills, problem solving skills.
7. Passion for young children.

Contract Details
1. Contract duration: One/Two-years. International Medical coverage provided, excluding major dental.
2. Paid vacation time:
 Chinese Holidays, 5-working days during Christmas, 15 working days in summer.
Reimbursed one-way airfare provided at start of contract to China (up to 6,000 CNY) provided if outside of China (reimbursed after 3-month probationary period). After one-year of employment, reimbursed round-trip airfare provided (up to 8,000 CNY).
 Z-Visa.
 One-bed room housing.
 Free/Discount tuition for child to attend preschool (ages 1.5 – 6).
