After School Positions, Mokdong, Seoul
-Starting on March 26th.
-Candidates must be F-2 or those who have an E-2 which is ready to be transferred, complete with FBI check and degree apostille.
Dear potential applicant,
As the foreign community living in South Korea is well aware, JLS is the most sought after positions due to professionalism, organization, and satisfaction of teachers. This is largely due to the fact that the owner of the publicly traded corporation was a long term teacher. Therefore, the philosophy is to take care of the teachers and teachers will take care of the corporation. It is a rare occasion that JLS has any teaching positions available. However, as we continue to expand into the after school realm using our well established curriculum, teaching methodologies, and JLS program, we have found ourselves with an overwhelming commitment and interest from public elementary schools. As a result, a number of positions have been made available for our after school program. Unlike many typical after school positions, we maintain our commitment to our teachers by offering full benefits as we do our regular branch teachers. These include:
* Pension
* Health Insurance
* Severance Pay
* Return expenses of 1.2 million Won
* Housing or 700,000 Won housing allowance
* 2.3 million Won starting pay
This is the after school program done correctly and one of the many reasons why our teachers never leave our schools. The program guarantees a full 7 days of summer vacation and winter vacation dependent on the particular elementary school as their schedules fluctuate. It is also guaranteed that no teacher will work past 6pm as teaching times are usually 1pm to 5pm.
If you already have your FBI criminal check and diploma apostilled and you could be ready to begin on March 12th, then we welcome your application. We apologize for not accepting anyone without a minimum of 1 years teaching experience and those currently residing outside of Korea.
