Introduction
US-China Business & Culture Exchange, Inc. has been appointed as recruitment agency by Changchun DaQiao Foreign Language School of People’s Republic of China to recruit ESL instructors from the United States to its school in China. Our duties and responsibilities are to conduct hiring process from application reviews, application screening, job interview, placement, and any other related matters. Our job interview session can be conducted through Skype. The contract of employment will be signed between the successful candidate and the school. Daqiao Foreign Language School has been providing professional and trustworthy education for 21 years to over 200 brand schools in six provinces and municipal in China. Position Overview
ESL instructors must have truly exceptional presentation, communication and organizational skills, as well an obvious and infectious passion for working with children and young adults, engaging children in exciting activities, and celebrating the accomplishments of each child and young adult they teach.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Provide instruction in a comprehensive English program
• Demonstrate a commitment to systematic classroom, department, and school assessment and improvement.
• Participation in registration and advising, and consultation with students outside of class through daily office hours.
• Prepare class materials
• Deliver training of instructional courses maintaining a high quality of service
• Ensure stated course objectives are met by the students
• Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to a range of classes and age groups
• Provide assessment to the students of the outcome
Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in any disciplines.
• TESOL certificate is not required. TESOL certificate will be added advantages
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written academic English.
• An native English speaker
• Computer Literate
Compensation & Benefits
These are full-time positions offering a competitive compensation package commensurate with your experience and qualification. The position is an 8-month paid contract, and will begin from September 1st, 2014 to June 30th, 2015.
The salary for these positions is between RMB 9,000 and RMB 10,000 (USD $1,400 and USD $1,600 monthly. The package includes:
• Overtime paid of RMB 100 after exceeded the assigned 25 teaching hours per week
• Subsidy housing of RMB 1,000 per month
• Reimbursement of air-ticket of RMB 5,000 after the completion of your service (RMB 2,500 will be paid during the first month of employment, and RMB 2,500 will be paid upon the completion of the contract)
• Health examination RMB 400 will be fully paid by the employer
• Visa fee RMB 1,250 will be fully paid by the employer
