English & Korea is a recruiting and job placement agency fully accredited by the Korean government having its headquarters in Seoul, South Korea and the North American recruitment office in N.Y. USA. Qualifications:
- A North American native English speaking teacher
- Major study: major study in English, Linguistic, Education, or equivalent certificate is preferred
- Prior teaching experience: Preferred, but not essential
- Visa documents on hands; a notarized copy of diploma and the criminal background check report both with the apostille

Job Summary:
- Location: near Gwangju metropolitan city, Jeolla Nam do province, south western part of Korea
- City’s website: http://english.jeonnam.go.kr/mbs/english/index.jsp
- Type of employer: Not an English academy or school, but a major corporation in Korea
- Teaching levels: Employees and employees’ children on grade 1 through 6
- Working/ Teaching hours: 5 classes per day. 8 - 8:50AM/ 12:30 -1:20 PM for adults and 3 – 5:50 PM for elementary students
- Starting date: early or mid October
- Salary: 2.2 - 2.3 million won
- Benefits: Travel costs, furnished two bed room apt, severance payroll, medical insurance, national pensions, 12 days paid vacation, sick leave, etc.
