- Qualifications
l &nb sp; Native English speaker from Canada, USA, UK&n bsp;and Australia, etc.
l &nb sp; Bachelor degree or above, Good command of communication skill
2 years related teaching experience
l &nb sp; Passion for teaching and experiencing different cultures
l &nb sp; Good health and friendly personality
- Salary: There is a salary scale for APteach ers based on teachers’ educational background and work experience.
Salary scale depends on ability and experience as bellow:
230000-300< strong>000RMB/year after&n bsp;tax
The contract is 12 months among which work months are little less than 10 months, 2 months are holiday months.
- Benefits
l &nb sp; Contract Renew Allowance: RMB 500 / work month for continuously 5 years.
l &nb sp; Work Visa and Residence Permit: The school will arrange work visa and residence permit for the teacher.
l &nb sp; Medical Insurance: The school offers inpatient hospitalization insurance and accidental insurance.
l &nb sp; Airfare: To reimburse 1,000 United States dollars for the teacher’s economy class round trip airplane ticket upon completion of the contract.
l &nb sp; Housing Accommodation: The School will provide a furnished apartment with furniture and appliances. For the teacher who choose not to live in school’s apartment, the school shall pay the housing allowance RMB 2000 per month.
l &nb sp; Teaching Bonus: Range from RMB 2000-7000 based on teaching evaluation results at the end of school year
- Teacher’s Workload
Work hours (teaching hours and office hours ) will be less than 25 hours per week.
