Architect/ Business Manager /graphic Designer Wanted
Position 1 ---Job Title: Business Manager
Responsibility:
a. To assist project managers to carry out project coordination, negotiation, tracking, implementation and project information feedback;
b. On behalf of the company to contact with customers, introduce our company, and arrange the business meetings if necessary;
c. Concerned about the various meetings and activities, through various channels to expand business;
d. Responsible for all kind of works issued by supervisors.
Reuquirements
a.20-40 years old, male or female, Priority for the English language, and long-term work in Beijing;
b. Education, legal, marketing, management and other related professional degree or above is preferred;
c. Good Image, excellent expression and communication skills, with the goal-oriented, able to work under pressure;
d. Have an excellent professionalism, team work spirit; hard-working; learning ability;
e. Strong communication skills, fluently English and Chinese, good communication and public relations, maintenance and development experience with clients;
f. Familiar with the construction designing is priority.
Position 2--Job Title: Foreign Architects
Responsiblity
a. Responsible for the construction project designing ；
b. To lead the team to undertake large projects of the construction designing work and arrange designing teams to design the project;
c. Responsible for the reporting the designing plan and coordinating the Party A's needs.
Qualification
a. Bachelor degree or above, majored in architecture or relate field, European and American designer is preferred.
b. More than 5 years work experiences in large construction projects;
c. Familiar with the designing philosophy of various types of building projects;
d. Strong passion for architecture, quick mind of thinking and strong ability in project designing and accomplish design task in a timely and high quality manner;
e. Hard working, strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit, strong communication and coordination skills;
f. Proficient in design application software (AutoCAD\Photoshop\Sketch Up and so on).
