NTI, unlike most education business, provide their teachers training, other teaching materials, after service in order that the teachers can perform their jobs properly. NTI monitors both the teacher and the school to keep the quality high and the communication between NTI, the teacher and the school open also to handle any problems the teacher or schools might have. Our professional staff will assist teachers with hospital visits, translation issues, any problem may happened.
WORK LOCATIONS:
All around China
Currently we are looking for 10 excellent oral English teachers for the Fall Program which begins on Sep,1st. 2012.
Right now we have schools in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan which ask for excellent teachers. All of them are public schools which have good reputation in local areas. If you are interested in a less busy city life and Chinese traditional culture, these places are definitely for you.
Program Features
Partner Schools: private or public(90%) primary and middle schools. Students age range from 6-18 years old.
Schools location: All around China, like Shangdong, Henan, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangsu, Guizhou and so on. Good places to experience traditional China.
Workload: very reasonable,no more than 18 hours one week,45mins one class. Monday to Friday, no office hour. Tons of time to travel around during weekends and holidays.
Payment& Benefits 4000 - 7000 RMB / Month @ 16 - 23 Teaching Periods Per Week according to your qualification. The monthly payment is two or three times higher than local teachers,which provide you comfortable life thereIntersession Stipends of up to 2000 RMB Including Travel Bonus
Free Lodging & Utilities Private apartments include washing machine, heating and air-conditioning, television, Bed, Linens, Gas Stove, Fridge,
Water Heater, Western Style Toilette. internet connections are available. The school will bear the fees of all the utilities
International Airfare 2000-5000 Airfare allowance is provided by NTI upon successful completion of a 10-Month contract. There is no airfare
reimbursement for contracts less than 10-Months
Airport Pickup Airport pickup and transportation to your school.
Pre-Trip Orientation Pre-trip orientation and culture training takes place in Beijing Office before departure to School. Certified teachers and
Alumni are not required to attend, however it is encouraged.
China Visa Service We work with the schools and provincial governments to process proper visa for you stay in China during your teaching period.
Chinese Tutor A Chinese tutor is available to you without cost for the first month after you arrive. Having a Chinese tutor helps acclimate you to your new environment allowing you greater independance , a vital ingrediant towards fighting culture shock.
Basic Requirements
1 Native English Speaker, Between the age of 22-55
2 Be Medically and Psychologically Eligible to live and work abroad
3 A University Diploma(4-year Diploma)
4 Be Responsible and fond of teaching
