Beijing TEFL Teaching Job

Contract Details

Salary: 10,000-18,000rmb per month after tax, depending on qualifications and experience.
Benefits: Annual bonus of up to 10,000rmb based upon performance.
Health Insurance: Negotiable as cash compensation.
Holiday: 11 Paid national vacation days.
Visa: Z-visa provided.
Hours: 20 teaching hours per month overtime at 150rmb per teaching hour.
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays as rest days.

Requirements
Education: Higher Education (college/university) graduate required.
Language: Native English speaker preferably from The United States or Canada.
Optional: TEFL or TESOL certificate and 2 years work experience post-graduation.

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated native English speakers, preferably from The United States or Canada to teach Chinese students in the area with the highest level of educational performance in China, Haidian. The role will include a mix of one to one classes and group classes across a wide variety of ages from kindergarten to college students and beyond.
An attractive annual bonus system is in place based on performance reviews of up to 10,000rmb in addition to successful demo class bonuses.
