Beilin International Education, established in 2003 in Beijing, is a foreign-owned, managed education company that provides a warm, caring environment that allows every child to reach their full potential. Beilin, which operates under the name "Muffy's Education" and "Global Track," runs immersive English kindergartens; after school programs; exchange programs and camps. Our learning centers involve a combination of small classes and internationally recognized curricula to ensure an individual learning program catered to each student.
"Muffy's Education" operates pre-K and kindergarten for 2-6 year olds providing a broad-based curriculum including arts, mathematics, science and other subjects. Our Pre-K Program also focuses on a broad-based curriculum using play-based learning with an emphasis on increasing personal, physical and social awareness. "Global Track" aims to prepare 6-14-year old students for a future of worldwide engagement through a combined emphasis on language acquisition, content knowledge and character development. Although our language of instruction is English, we are far more than a language training school. As we continue to expand, lead teachers are developed and promoted within our teaching faculty. We are now hiring for both immediate and August starts at our Muffys Pre-K and Global Track Programs. These are year-long, full-time teaching positions. See below for details:
POSITION 1: Pre-K Teacher
Qualifications:
Native English Speakers from North America, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
Bachelor Degree with Teaching License, Early Childhood Education Diploma and/or Child Care experience
Minimum 2 years ESL Teaching Program. Candidates with music, art or sports background will be an asset.
Caring, patient, and energetic self-starters who enjoy working with children between 2 to 4 years old. Self-confident individuals who are open to personal and professional development. Flexible team player that can adapt to different cultural environments.
Contract Start Date: Immediately (1 position); August 27th 2012 (2 positions)
Contract: 40 hours/week (25 teaching hours)
Location: Beijing
Contract Duration: through 2012-13 academic year (July 2013)
Compensation: 13,000~18,000 RMB/month, net of taxes. Salary commensurate with experience.
POSITION 2: Global Track After School ESL Teacher
Qualifications:
Native English Speakers from North America, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
Bachelor Degree with minimum 1 year ESL Teaching Program.
Flexible, Caring, dedicated, and energetic self-starters who enjoy working with children between 7 to 14 years old. Flexible team player that can adapt to different cultural environment and willing to work evenings and weekends.
Contract Start Dates: Summer or Fall 2012 (please check http://www.muffyseducation.com for more complete contract date information)
Working Hours: Weekday evenings and weekends, 5 days per week
Weekly Teaching Hours: 20
Location: Beijing
Contract Duration: through July 2013
Compensation: 10,000 ~ 12,000 RMB/month, net of taxes. Salary commensurate with experience.
