Bejing High School & Middle School Needs Experienced ESL Teachers

Beijing Number 80 High School & Middle School needs experienced ESL teachers for TOEFL, iELTS, and SAT prep as well as English Lit and Comp related courses for AP, IGCSE, pre-AP, and also some IBO courses.

Wages are 20,000 to 30,000 RMB per month

Airfare reimbursement is 10,000 RMB.

Medical insurance is provided.

The teaching load is about 18-22 periods per week. Each period is 45-minutes.

The school will also send teachers for various forms of PD when it is required such as AP or IBDP training as an example.

You must be from the USA, Canada, or the U.K. and already have a valid work permit and an FEC that we can transfer from your current employer to our school. If hired, you need a letter of release from your current employer,

and a confirmation of cancellation of your FEC.

We require a 4-year degree, related experience, references, a current police clearance, and a reference check as well as a personal interview.

We are also seeking American state licensed subject teachers for September. In order to apply for those positions you must hold an American teacher license from your state.

No temporary or emergency permits or substitute teacher permits will be accepted.

Licensed math, physics, biology, history and psychology teachers will be needed. Part of the reason for additional hiring is to achieve compliance with China's new laws on foreign teachers and the license requirement.
