Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
• Post-graduate teaching experience preferred, but not required
• Internationally recognized TESOL, TESL or TEFL preferred, but not required
• Candidates should be North American native English speakers
• Minimum 12-month contract
• Creativity, excitement and a love for children

Compensation:
• Monthly Salary: 10000RMB to 12000RMB
• Monthly Housing Allowance (depends on location): 2500RMB to 4000RMB
• Company Health Insurance
• Visa Reimbursement: Company pays all fees in country
• Hotel: Company 10 days in hotel
• 25 maximum teaching hours per week and 35 total working hours per week
• Living Stipend: 350RMB to cover cell phone cost and Chinese lessons
• Chinese national holidays off and paid
• 1 week paid vacation between Christmas and New Years
• CNY/Spring Festival bonus up to 6000RMB
• Airfare reimbursement up to 7000RMB; upon completion of contract terms
