Bounce Kids English is a Western owned and operated English training centre in Changsha, Hunan. We are the only training centre in Changsha that exclusively uses native English speaking trainers to teach students from 4 to 12 years old. Classes have a maximum of 8 students, each class is 1.5 hours long and every teacher is supported with an English speaking TA ,allowing every student plenty of opportunity to speak individually, and our totally immersive program develops students who can actually communicate in English. Lessons are fun, highly engaging and extremely interactive, and students love coming to class.

Position overview: 
Provide a highly engaging and effective learning experience to young learners aged 4-12 
Work weeknights and weekends, with 2 days off per week

Required qualifications: 
Native English speaker with a passport from one of the following countries: UK/ Australia/ New Zealand/ Canada/ America/ South Africa 
At least 22 years old 
Neutral accent with clear pronunciation 
Passion for working with children

Desired qualifications: 
A passion for working with children. 
Bachelor of Education 
TEFL or TESOL qualification 
Two years teaching experience(working reference letter needed) 
Teaching or training experience

Compensation and benefits: 
We are looking for teachers who are available to start ASAP

Five days a week

6 office hour and a maximum of 18-19 teaching hours per week! Less than 24 hours total a week .*Salaries range from 13,000 RMB to 16000 RMB a month depending on

qualifications and teaching experience.

weekends(2days 8:30-12:30，14:00-18:30) weekdays(3 days 14:00-20:30) Teaching times within 25 hours ,15 office hours

Other Compensation and Benefits:

Paid Holidays: including all Chinese National Holidays +Christmas day+3 days sick 
half paid for an extra 7 days Chinese spring holiday,10-13 days summer holiday 
8000 RMB contract completion bonus 
12000-18000 house allowance per year 
3000 RMB resign contract bounus 
3000 RMB Recommend bounos 
Bounce will organize for the trainer to undertake a TEFL course.Bounce will cover all expenses related to the course, provided the trainer completes the twelve month contract.
