Bugil Academy is a prestigious high school comprised of three separate schools; a girls high school, a boys high school and an international high school. Our beautiful campus is conveniently located 1 hour (by train) south of Seoul. The boys high school is looking to expand and professionalize our English department and as such we are looking to hire 1 dynamic and professional teachers to join our team. Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to the following;
• Teach conversation English
• Teach reading proficiency
• Teach listening proficiency
• Teach essay writing
• Teach effective presentation skills
• Facilitate workshops to help English teachers improve their proficiency in English
• Participate in English Day and other school related activities

Working Conditions
8-4 with 23 teaching hours per week.
15-18 students per class

Salary and Benefits
2.5 million
Optional overtime at 80,000 for a 90 minute class.
Settlement fee of 200,000 won
Severance pay provided at the completion of a one-year contract
Paid 7-week vacation + National Holidays
Airfare reimbursement 2 million won
Medical Insurance
Housing: Furnished Studio Apartment or 400 000 allowance

Requirements:
Native English Speaker from US, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, or SA
Bachelor of Education
Preference will be given to applicants with formal ESL teaching experience, graduate degrees, or CELTA certification.
