Business Teachers With Master Degree Needed in a College in Zhuhai, Start in Sep

Business teachers needed in Jinwan district, Zhuhai, Master degree required (MBA preferred). The teaching location is in a college in Zhuhai, students are the college students. This position is for yearly contract, and the extension of contract will certainly be with an upward adjustment for salary. Working visa will be processed for the qualified teachers.The working schedule and working content:2 semesters per academic year. Tentatively, each academic semester is with 17 academic weeks (13 teaching weeks). A week of break per every 4 weeks, of which, school has a day for whole person education. For instance, school organizes to visit orphanage, elderly and other activities for whole person education, or sports competition. Teachers will be participating in these activities. Rest of days without class, teachers are not required to return to office. The purpose of the break is for students (and teachers) to prepare for the following 4 weeks of class. Every academic week, teaching will be conducted on MON, TUE, THUR, FRI. No need to return to office on WED.

It is 4 hours of teaching + 2 hours of consultation (6 hours a day x 4 days a week)Tentatively, every 1 hour of teaching, there is a 15-min break according to our timetable. SAT 11:59pm is the assignment due date to be submitted via email. School will need help for recruitment seminars in campus or outside of campus (with extra pay). The salary is:First year package: RMB11,000 (net) / month (upward increase yearly) We help you pay tax and insurance. We adopt same job with same pay, and that is the same for all team-members.Add: Monthly cash allowance of RMB1,000 (or RMB12,000 a year) with receipt of purchase for groceries, taxi fee or meal, etc. You only need to provide the regular receipt without the need of "official" receipt. We apply "honest system" here and the expenses you claim should be reasonable (e.g. not the bill from nightclub). Add: Reimbursement of RMB10,000 for R/T air ticket upon the completion of the yearly contract (if you do not return to home country for visit, you can apply it to frequent travel in China). Housing: 2-bedroom apartment – school prefers you to have a decent apartment with good toilet and kitchen facilities. School will bear all the fixed cost including rental charge, management fee, internet fee, cable TV fee. For expenses based on consumption basis, you will be responsible for it to avoid being lavished. School will also offer free weekly home cleaning (once a week). School will get your apartment fully furnished with basic cooking utensils before you report duty with hassle-free. All team-members (including Academic Director) will be living in the same residential area so that we can help each other for just in case. School will hold dinner gathering and other staff activities at school's expenses, though it may not be frequent.
