Centre Manager, Guangzhou/jieyang/chaozhou

Organic Language is looking for outstanding candidates to complete it's new centres' management teams and shape it's brand and reputation.

You will:

• 
  Create an unforgetable centre experience


• 
  Manage 10+ staff including their scheduling, career development, hiring and discipline


• 
  Train and develop your staff to develop your students with individulaised development plans


• 
  Be an example to all your staff working alongside them in the classroom, promoting, manning reception and tutoring students when necessary


• 
  Deliver observed and assessed product training to sales team


• 
  Be an advocate and demonstrator of communicative teaching methodology


• 
  Hold a teaching qualification and be experienced in language training for adults


• 
  Report concisely and punctually to upper management on all of the above

You will preferably:

• 
  Have direct sales experience


• 
  Have management experience


• 
  Hold a CELTA or equivalent


• 
  If any of the preferred criteria are not met you will demonstrate what you offer that those who meet the criteria do not
