Centre Manager, Organic Language, Guangzhou/jieyang/chaozhou

Organic Language is looking for outstanding candidates to complete it's management team for centre openings.

You will:

• Shape an unforgetable center experience
• Manage 10+ staff's schedules and careers
• Develop your staff so they can develop your students, individualising action plans, observing and reporting to upper management
• Have had sales or sales interaction experience and give regular observed and assesed product training
• Have a teaching credential and be able to demonstrate communicative teaching fundamentals to your team
• Be an example to your team and teach classes, man reception, join promoters and tutor students when needed

You will recieve:

Preferred:

• Management experience
• CELTA or equivalent
• Direct sales experience
• The right candidate who lacks the above will demonstrate what they offer their staff and students that others cannot
