Chengdu High School Academic Principal Position Is Available, Starting in August,2020

1. Responsible for the school's overall teaching quality and academic criteria fulfillment. 

2.  Carry out a string of teaching coordination and academic management work in line with the academic handbook. 

3. Conduct induction training, teaching workshop and new teacher training in conjunction with the academic department. 

4. Assign teaching duties, distribute syllabi and teaching materials to cooresponding teachers, draft teaching schedule and finalize academic calendar. 

5. organise key exams, conduct overall exam result analysis. 

6. Create and enfore educational goals for students to achieve. 

7. Get invoved in marketing promotion, school opem day activities, student interview, parents' meeting and student discipline. 

Requirments: 

1. Master Degree(or higher)in education or frelated majors;

2. at least 3 years Academic Management experience in US high school or international schools. 

3. Have an international perspective and able to integrate Chinese and Western cultures;

4. Strong intercultural communication skills and coordinational skill;

5. Experence in AP or IBDP curriculum is preferred. 

6. Due to current situation, prefer someone who is in China now.
