We are a relatively new school here in Weifang, Shandong Province. Our school is growing rapidly and hence, the reason why we require a new ESL teacher! You will be joining our small (but rapidly growing) team and will be teaching students aged 5-11 years old. We follow The Oxford Reading Tree curriculum- so lesson planning is very limited!
Weifang is a 1 hour train ride away from the sea side city of Qingdao, a 4hr train ride from Beijing and about 5 hours by train to Shanghai. It¡¯s an excellent location to easily access international airports and for easy travel around China and Asia¡£
Native speakers (either from USA, Canada, UK or Australia) only please.
Job description
-25 hours of teaching a week (additional hours for lesson planning, staff meetings etc may be required)
-ESL teaching to students aged 5-11 years old, some adult classes may also be included
-6 consecutive days of work a week includes 5 half days of work (3-4 hours) and a full Saturday (4-6 hours)
-1 year contract

Requirements:
-Native Speakers Only
-Degree qualified
-TEFL certified
-At least 2 years teaching experience
-A laid back, yet professional attitude to ESL teaching
-Criminal record check
-Health check
-References from past and current employer
-Native English speaker
