The China Introduction Programme is open to all, not just Native Speakers

We have created the China Introduction Programme in response to the demand for non-native speakers to teach English in China.

As a recruitment agency operating under the leadership of the Chinese government, we recommend qualified foreign teachers to educational institutions throughout China. We have a large network of over 3000 kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, high schools, universities and training centres.

We recruit English teachers, cultural and educational experts, international professional sports coaches and athletes.

We facilitate international education and training development, cultural exchanges and sports development throughout China. We welcome all qualified candidates to apply to this program.

The Role

Your place of work may be in a school, Office of Education, English Training Centre or any other educational institute. Duties will involve assisting local teachers in their English classes, and/or jointly conduct English classes with local teachers, and/or extracurricular activities or English camps.

Responsibilities:

Teach English classes to students ranging between toddlers and college students.
Prepare weekly lesson plans conforming to set syllabus and studentâ€™s level.
Assist with activities related to English language education and other extracurricular activities.
Demonstrate a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

The Employment Package

Your Employment will be arranged with the School directly

	Monthly Salary	8,000RMB to 20,000RMB
	Flight Allowance	6000 RMB

	Mandarin Lessons	Arranged with the School
	Onboarding & Training	Arranged with the School
	Starting Dates	September and March
	Working Hours	23 to 40 hours per week

Due to Government legislation â€“ all candidates must meet one of the following requirements.

Have a bachelor degree and at least 2 years teaching experience with a reference letter.
Have a bachelor degree above and have a 120 Hr TEFL certificate.
have a bachelor degree majored in education, language, or teaching field.
