1. Campus Director

The first year of an international program (HHU PROGRAM) at a new campus, with only 10th graders at this stage. We aim to develop the program into the best education program in China.

Location: Zhuhai, Guangdong Province.

Name of School: The Experimental School Affiliated With Zhuhai No. 1 High School

Starting Date: October 19, 2015

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall management of the stuff and make sure teaching is on target.

2. Represent Beijing head office and work along with the partner school.

3. Have an obligation to teach, but no more than 10 teaching hours weekly.

4. Foster an engaging environment and ensure to provide western kind of education as expected by the students. However, make sure that English study is always our on-going focus in the big picture and students are satisfied with the progress they have made.

5. Make sure that various activities are arranged on a routine basis, such as project, presentation, short plays, special event parties, chorus, word wall, newsletters, rugby/baseball, posters, band, club activities, community services, etc

6. Ensure regular supervision, observation and evaluation of faculty

7. Oversee Student progress and discipline if necessary, meeting with students and/or their parents to discuss any problems

8. Promoting Students’ personal development through regular and extra-curricular programs

9. Development of a positive and supportive school environment

10. Work with partner school for issues and concerns regarding student protection

11. Ensure that a full register of students enrolled is maintained and that attendance is taken in keeping with government and school requirements

12. Maintain regular contact with head office and produce weekly short report.

13. Make short visits to other campuses of the program, providing training or activity guidance if needed.

14. Collaborate with our partner school and maintain regular communication

15. Abide by regulations of the partner school and win their respect

16. Promote constructive communication channels between parents and students

17. Enable regular communication with parents concerning developments to the educational program, school policies, and Student’s progress

18. Be available to answer parental concerns and meet with parents if necessary to discuss their children

19. Arrange off-campus excursions (giving due regard to health and safety)

20. Attend promotion events when needed.

Qualifications:

1. Native American, neutral English accent

2. Master degree with American Top 50 universities is preferred

3. At least five years’ teaching experience in the U.S

4. Passion for education, eager for success.

5. Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and staff management.

6. Can work under pressure, creative, problem-solving and self-motivated

Salaries and benefits:

* Monthly salary: 18,000-25,000 RMB(pre-tax)

* Accommodation: free (furnished)

* Visa costs paid

* Completion Bonus: 8,000 RMB
