I need people who are independent minded, looking to get away for a while and see one of the more interesting parts of the world. You may even want to travel around China a bit?! Well Dongying is nicely placed in the province of Shandong, NorthEastern China.
(Start March-April)
Requirements:
The attributes above and the following:
Degree in any discipline (preferred)
Teaching experience (preferred)
Native speakers of *clear* English
Able to take a deep breath when needed
Really,you need to contact me if you've a valid passport (or in the process of getting one), educational certificates, C.V. (not your life story, just the last tens year's highlights).
I can offer you:
1. A 12 month contract minimum.
2. 7500 rmb monthly net salary for first year teacher. 8500 rmb/month for second year teacher (about 304 times the average full time of office workers wage here for half the work time). Trust me when I say you can save most of your pay.
3. The school offers assistance in locating suitable accommodation.
4. One way air ticket reimbursed (up to 4200 RMB).
5. 22 days paid holidays.
6. Up to 15 days unpaid leave per year allowed during the summer holiday.
7. Financial assistance is also provided to help new teachers settle in during their first few months.
8. Medical insurance provided.
9. 2 hours free Chinese lessons per week.
10. End of contract bonus for 1st year is 5000rmb. 8000rmb for the 2nd year.
11. Work visa, residence permit, and expert certificate provided.
12. A real Chinese city (not the flash stuff) just reality.
13. Ridiculously cheap living.
14. Fun expat community
15. Central location from which to travel to all those nice bits.
16. A very short working week.
