Counselor of Foreign University Admission

Job Purpose

Provide consulting services on International Program including students overseas study counseling, university application guidance, visa interview guidance or some marketing campaigns.

Description of Duties and Tasks

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Required

a. Help our students withtheir applicationfor top universities in the U.S, or Canada by modifying their application essays, resume or personal statements or guiding their visa interview preparation.
b. Assist or invite famous foreignuniversity colleagues to visit our partner high schools, interview potential students, delivery speeches or participate in our international forums.
c. Promote Bilingo's Elite program by participating seminars and providing counseling service to prospective students, their parentsand partner schools.

d. Maintain and developconnections with good foreign universities to recommend our students.

Work Experience

Required

• At least one year’s consulting experience in International programs.

Preferred

• Experience in US postgraduate online and paper application.

• Spoken Mandarin is preferred.

• Existing networks with foreign countries’ embassies, universities, high schools.

Other

Preferred

• Experience in living or working internationally.

• Knowledge of the US and international higher education systems.

• University admission office experience.

• US and Canadian university connection resources.
