Currently Recruiting a Select Number of Teachers for Two Private Schools

Canada TEMS Academy is currently recruiting a select number of teachers for two private schools in South Korea, located in the Incheon area: Bakmun Elementary and Bakmun Girls High School. Both schools are offering 1 year contracts with the option to renew based on performance. Contracts will begin in March 2014.

The successful candidate will possess:

-a B.Ed. or equivalent degree

-be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teacher (or equivalent body), or in process of certification

-recent teaching experience

-English as a Second Language qualifications preferred but not required

-a willingness to experience a new culture

-ability to relocate to South Korea for a least one year

The duties and responsibilities of the position include:

-daily lesson planning and delivery

-student assessment and evaluation

-reporting of student progress

-involvement in school programs and staff meetings as required

Salary is $2000CAD/month. Accommodations are provided, and airfare will be reimbursed upon start of contract.
