EnLi is currently seeking 10-15 full time qualified EFL teachers for the next term and the following school year.

EnLi will offer qualified teachers the following:

1. Various contract lengths (one academic term – two years).

2. The ability for you to gain teaching experience at several levels, should you desire

(K-12, University, Adult, Specialized Labor Sectors, IELTS, CET 4 and 6, Corporate).

3. A competitive salary based on lessons worked

(Starting salary is based on qualifications and experience at a rate of 90-100 RMB/lesson for a standard lesson)

4. A flexible teaching schedule should you require one.

5. Help in finding housing that ensures your safety, while maintaining your independence and personal flexibility

6. An opportunity to develop and implement your own teaching materials.

7. Professional development workshops that encourage you, while exposing you to various teaching methods and materials.

These workshops are collaborative sessions where the group shares teaching philosophies and materials while providing constructive feedback.

An opportunity to gain experience teaching your lessons before you face your students.

8. EnLi offers to the public internationally recognized TESOL courses at various levels up to Masters level. These fee based courses can be financed through your payroll should you wish. The current courses EnLi offers are the following:

Enhanced TESOL in class and online

International TESOL College programs:

Bachelor of Education in EFL

Bachelor of Education in EFL and International Studies

Masters of Education in EFL

Combined Bachelor of Education and Masters of Education in EFL

Teaching Business

9. Chinese language training, as well as an orientation to the city and your neighborhood upon arrival. As well as to the laws of China, teaching regulations and guidelines, places of interest, community services and tips to help you familiarize yourself to Tianjin. Our employee handbook will also provide you with an English-Chinese language quick reference section that will help you in communicating with others while you are out and about.

10. Opportunities to join cultural excursions to some of the world’s greatest heritage sites (The Great Wall, The Summer Palace, The Temple of Heaven, The Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square), as well as community cultural events
