Dance Teacher

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To teach and lead dance classes for kids aged 3-12 years; responsible for maintaining class quality

• To participate in curriculum development with Singapore headquarters; join SPEECH & DRAMA projects

• To maintain and manage good relationship with students/parents, provide

timely feedback

• To assist marketing promotions and events

• Capability to host children’s themed parties is a plus



KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Genuine love for kids and great passion in teaching Must speak English fluently and clearly

• Must be able to give good customer service (i.e. communicating with parents)

• Good interpersonal and

communication skills

· Must be able to work in a team and independently

· Must have strong sense of responsibility

· Must be flexible and willing to participate in different studio and outdoor activities

· Willing to work overtime, on weekends and teach outside of the studio

· Must be able to stay with the company for at least 1 term (10 weeks)



COMPENSATION

· Competitive salary depending on the candidate’s qualification (8000rmb-12000rmb)

· Opportunity to travel to the headquarters in Singapore for training

· Insurance and Living allowance

· Working visa for full timers
