We are recruiting debate teacher positions in South Korea with the Korea Poly School (KPS).

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to teach debate to middle school students for at least one academic year at various campuses in Seoul, Daejeon, Ilsan and Pyeongcheon. You can learn more about KPS at http://www.esc-us.com

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and be willing to work in Korea for a minimum one academic year. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an international educational environment and will have some experience doing so. Candidates must be ready to leave for Korea in Mid-December of 2011.

The Debate Instructor shall perform the following duties:

1. Plan and conduct debate and argumentation classes
2. Assist with and participate in activities related to the instructional programs
3. Assist Employer in organizing debate clubs at KPS schools;
4. Assist Employer in facilitating KPS debate events
5. Assist with the development of teaching materials, supplementary materials, tests, evaluations, and other programs related to English language teaching;

- Up to 3.1 Million Won per Month Salary

- Severance Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month salary upon completion of 12 month contract.
