CreatEng was established in 2012 as a small start-up looking to give Korean EFL students the opportunity to express themselves creatively in English. Summary of Position:

This is a commission based position that requires contacting companies for sponsorship and advertising, and assisting in marketing the CreatEng brand throughout Korea.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Find judges to judge the competition.

- Sell sponsorship and advertising packages.

- Establish and maintain relationships with the sponsors and advertisers.

- Market CreatEng by contacting companies and schools affiliated with English education in Korea.

- Occasional travel to Korean affiliates may be necessary.

- Contract negotiations with sponsors and advertisers.

- Come up with creative marketing suggestions.

- Send weekly progress reports.

- Liaison between Korea and the Canadian home office.

Required skills:

- Must speak English and Korean fluently.

- Passion for creative expression.

- Well organized.

- Excellent time management skills.

Desired skills:

- Sales experience (not necessary because training will be provided, just as long as you will be comfortable doing sales).

Compensation:

- An attractive commission structure.

Please Note: This is not a full-time job and would be an ideal opportunity for any teacher, especially a university level lecturer, or hogwon teacher, to make some supplementary income and add some more experience to their resume.
