We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic individuals, who are excited by the challenge of running a language school, improving both its programs and the quality of instruction from the teaching staff.
As a Director of Studies (DOS), you will be responsible for ensuring the academic integrity of the programme through the development and management of the academic team; training of all staff in academic matters; the implementation of new directives while maintaining the highest standards of service and operations in order to consistently provide students with quality English language education.
The duties of a DOS include:
* support, guidance and training for teachers
* management of resources (human and material)
* scheduling of classes
* quality control of the academic program
* overseeing of placement testing
* organization of extra-curricular activities
* participation in the growth and development of the school

Qualifications
* College/University graduate
* A recognized TEFL qualification
* A minimum of 2 years EFL teaching experience
* Computer literate
* Native English Speaker
* Passport holder from a native English speaking country
Preferrable:
* Diploma level EFL teaching qualification and/or Masters in TEFL or related subject
* Previous supervisory experience, preferably in an educational environment
* College/University graduate
* A recognized TEFL qualification
* A minimum of 2 years EFL teaching experience
* Computer literate
* Native English Speaker
