Director of Studies - Leadership Role With Great Benefits

As the Director of Studies for Real English you will be responsible for standards across 5 campuses:

• Maintain quality standards for teachers
• Recruit teachers as required
• Ongoing training of teachers
• Ensure the syllabus is appropriate and adhered to
• Make sure teachers place students in correct classes according to skill level
• Be available to talk with parents about students matters

20-60K RMB/month plus bonus structures around teacher and student retention and free accommodation.

• Strong English teaching skills and experience (3yrs +)
• People management skills and experience (1yr +)
• Lived in an Asian country for at least 6 months / or openness to Asian cultures
• Chinese drivers licence or willingness to get one

EU Passport / Australia /NZ / USA / Canada /UK

Native English speakers preferred
