Dual-teacher in Class

Introduction of Dual-Teacher Class:

• In Dual-Teacher Class, there are two teachers. One experienced teacher gives live lessons online in a live room to the students in the offline classroom, while students take the lessons through a 120” The other teacher is in the classroom managing the students and is responsible for students learning process before and after class.
• Student age range: 6 – 16 years old.
• Class size: 20-30 students in one class, one experienced teacher can teach more than 10 classes at the same time.
• Class length: 155 minutes containing various creative teaching techniques.

Job Description

• Location: Beijing
• Report to: Department Manager
• Full time: yes
• Responsibilities:
  • Make corresponding teaching plan according to the level of each student based on given teaching materials
  • Be responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc. in creative styles
  • Design and fulfill corresponding teaching methods according to Dual-Teacher Class
  • You will be assisted with a bilingual Chinese teacher for each class.
  • Weekdays: 9:30-18:30; Weekend: negotiable
• Monthly Salary:
  • ＄3000-＄4000 for full-time office work + ＄100-200 per lesson hour（45mins）

Job Requirements:

Native speaker of American English (Americans given top priority)

Speaks English at an Idiomatic level（Chinese level will also be considered）

Degree: MA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority)

TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required especially in K12

Good at performing and willing to create new method for teaching with technology

Passionate, out-going, responsible, creative and love education and children.

Must be willing to relocate to China.
