Early Childhood Education English Teachers Wanted

New Oriental POP Kids, the most recognized brand in Children's education, is seeking 1 full-time teacher to instruct children ages 3-8 years old at New Oriental's POP Kids training centers in Beijing starting in August,2015.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

- Native speakers (North American accent preferred)

- A bachelor's diploma with a minimum 2 years post diploma work experience

- Teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) is required

- Understanding and interest in Chinese culture

- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes

- An energetic and enthusiastic disposition

- English language fluency; proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, proper use of adjectives and adverbs, neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm

Class & Curriculum:

- Instructing Spoken English to young learners ages 6-12 years old

- Maximum of 30 teaching hours per week

- Maximum of 16 office hours per week

- Each lesson is 110 minutes with three 10-minute breaks

- Maximum of 15 students per class

- English Cake Teaching curriculum

- Smart board technology

- SOP, training, and teaching materials are provided

- Teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and adapting to students' English abilities

Remuneration Package:

- Monthly salary up to 15,000rmb(negotiable) ,determined by previous experience and qualifications

- All working documents sponsored

- Health insurance provided

- Up to 10,000rmb airfare Reimbursement provided for new work visa application after 3 month probation

- 10 days paid holiday per year

- Free annual physical check-up

- Paid group building activities; paint ball, river tubing, KTV, skiing
