Educators Needed Hangzhou, Nanchang, Zhanjiang, Wuxi, and Many Other Cities in China

MingLu (MRoad) Cultural Education group manages and operates 20 kindergartens across Hangzhou, Nanchang, and Beijing. With the recent move to expand into Shanghai and into the after school training market, we need strong Education team to support our operations and to provide educators for our schools and our affiliates.

Our teacher management team consist of multinational people with decades of accumulated experience in this industry.

Job requirements:

1. Love children (majority of our students are early learners age)

2. Not a slacker

3. Able to adapt to new environment well

4. Flexible and generally friendly and fun to be around

Those already in China are prioritized as we want to fill this position ASAP.

Montessori training is a great bonus

Salary and benefits

1. 8000-18,500 depending on qualification, country of origin, location of position filled, position type (FT/PT), and experience

2. housing allowance / housing (depending on location)

3. Completion bonus end of contract year

4. For those interested, company will sponsor Montessori training for longer contract.
