EFL Teachers and Director of Studies for Language School in China



Our client is looking for English language teachers and a Director of Studies to work in a well-established school in Yantai, China. It is a medium sized school with around 600 students, and successful candidates would be teaching students between the ages of 3 and 18.



Yantai is located in the north east of China, on the northern coast of the Shandong peninsula. Because of its fair weather, extensive coastline and beaches is a popular summer retreat. Framed by mountains, rivers and beaches, the picturesque scenery in and around the city has earned the area acclaim by the United Nations. Local food (especially seafood) is well-known all around China, and Yantai houses the largest wine production base in Asia. There is plenty to see and do here including the famous Changyu Wine Culture Museum!



Essential Criteria (to apply for the positions you MUST meet the client’s



following requirements):



- Native English speaker



- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline



- Hold a TEFL/TESOL certificate.



- For the EFL teaching roles some experience working with children or teaching children is preferable



- For the Director of Studies role at least 3 year’s EFL teaching experience, and at least 1 year of management experience is required

- 1 year contract
